Have you recently suffered from a sports-related injury and aren’t sure how soon you should return to your sport? Do you want to be sure you’re taking all necessary precautions and ensure that you are safe in your return? Then don’t put your sports career on the line. Instead, rely on a physical therapist that will utilize evidence-based testing to determine if and when you are ready to return back to your sport. Sport-specific training and treatment techniques are provided to propel you safely to your highest level of performance, and programs are customized to each individual’s specific sport and deficits.
This program includes triathlon and marathon training for beginners to elite athletes focused on injury prevention. Triathlon programs are 12 weeks or longer, half marathon programs are three months or longer, and marathon programs are six months or longer. Training will vary depending on whether the goal is to finish, improve time, or lose weight. This program is available and encouraged for teenagers, adults, and older adults. We primarily work with runners, bikers, swimmers, and tennis players.
