Dr. Kristen Reed, PT, DPT, GCS, CLT, is a board certified geriatric clinical specialist and a certified lymphedema therapist. She graduated from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities (2011) with a B.S. in Kinesiology degree.

Dr Lindsey Newman, DPT earned her BS in Psychology at the College of St Benedict in 2007. She then received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2010.

Dr. Sarah Petrich Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Sarah Petrich, PT, DPT, PRC, NCPT was first interested in movement and the human body through dance. Her fascination with movement propelled her to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, as well as Master of Physical Therapy in 2005 from St Catherine University.

Alana Howey, PT, MS Physical Therapist

Alana Howey, PT, MSPT graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN in 1985 with a B. A. biology degree.  She went on to study at Texas Woman’s University and graduated with a MS in physical therapy in 1987. She has over 35 years of practice in Minnesota.  The bulk of her career she has been practicing in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, treating a wide range of client ages and challenges.  She developed a specialty in treating temporomandibular dysfunction, headaches and cervical dysfunction.  She also applies a more holistic approach to rebalancing the entire body system with postural restoration for complex, multi-joint challenges.

Emily Terhune-Wold, PT Physical Therapist

Emily has been practicing physical therapy since 2006. She graduated from UW-Madison with a Masters in Physical Therapy and from St. Olaf College with a B.S. in Biology. After practicing hospital based care, she transitioned to a private practice focusing on outpatient orthopedics. At this point, she completed her orthopedic residency through Evidence in Motion, became an orthopedic certified specialist and received her doctorate of physical therapy (DPT).

Danielle Flagstad graduated from The College of St Scholastica with a BS degree in health sciences and continued at the same college for her Masters of science in Occupational therapy in 2015. With experience in transitional care, inpatient rehabilitation and acute care.

She graduated from Minnesota State University-Mankato in 2010 with a Master of Science degree in communication disorders and currently holds a certificate of clinical competency from the American-Speech Language-Hearing Association.

Rebecca Wilson, MS, CCC-SLP Speech Language Pathologist

Rebecca Wilson MS, CCC-SLP is an Iowa native who has been a resident of the Twin Cities since 2011.  She graduated from the University of Washington with a Masters Degree in Speech Pathology in 2005 and currently holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association.  Rebecca has nearly 20 years of experience working with individuals who have disorders of speech, language, cognition and swallowing.

Bethany Ranney, L.Ac Acupuncturist

Bethany is a licensed acupuncturist who discovered acupuncture after she had an injury that resulted in severe back pain and leg weakness. Before treatment, she was afraid to even walk up a flight of stairs, let alone resume exercise and other activities she loved.

Sarah Johnson MS, RD is a Registered Dietitian with a strong passion for helping people discover the healing power of food. Sarah graduated from the College of St. Benedict with a B.A. in Dietetics and went on to receive an M.S. in Human Nutritional Science.

Tomia Conover, CPT Personal Trainer

Tomia Conover grew up in rural Wisconsin climbing trees in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. What started out as a love of the outdoors grew into a passion for sports and fitness. She holds certifications in personal training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is a certified Yoga instructor from the Yoga Center Retreat in Minneapolis.  She teaches mixed level finesses classes coaching her students in areas of mobility and flexibility training, yoga, powerlifting, and conditioning. She’s a former ninja warrior and professional axe thrower. Currently she is working on earning a certification as a corrective exercise specialist.

Growing up a dancer for 14 years, Grace naturally gravitated towards a career in physical therapy.
