Your dietary consultation will consist of a 60–90-minute initial assessment to look at your health and diet history. This is followed by 60-minute individual sessions tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals, so you can stay on track. Action steps are developed at each session to help you stay motivated and engaged. You will get one-on-one attention with email support from our Registered Dietitian for personal accountability.
